The Tackle Life Foundation provides comprehensive group mental health counseling and structured physical activity to early and middle adolescents, mental health and physical health educational opportunities to parents, teachers, administrators and coaches, and provides educational resources to families within and outside the community.

These programs help youth become more self-confident, physically and mentally healthier. By providing mental and physical health education to parents, teachers, administrators, and coaches, communities become better equipped to create both healthy home and school environments in which youth can excel.

The goal is to provide comprehensive fitness and mental health programming to youth that do not normally participate in sports activities or have held negative experiences.
